Présentation : Semas (Société d'Equipement Electrique and Mécanique en Asie) comprises a real estate group with two other listed companies (Société Industrielle pour les Eaux and l'Electricité en Asie and Société Immobilière de l'Indochine).
The group's different companies together manage holdings composed of five buildings located in Marseille, Vincennes, Avon and Barbizon.
Note should be made that Semas has a 39.98% interest in Société Immobilière de l'Indochine, which, in turn, owns 39.99% of Société Industrielle pour les Eaux and l'Electricité en Asie.
